We have done a culinary exchange by cooking our own favorites from both our countries and what a great experience it was! I always thought that leche de tigre consisted pure of lime juice, instead of several ingredients with lots of lime juice. That the Peruvian cuisine is so colorful, tasteful and fresh with all those acids and that there are many parallels with the Vietnamese cuisine, I really found an eye opener! It was a fantastic educational experience, a culinary discovery and Katinka is also very nice, talkative and super sweet.
